The Sixty Minutes last night was very instructive. It discussed the relationship between sleep deprivation and problems with memory and learning, as well as appitite.
Untreated sleep apnea results in vary levels of sleep deprivation... kind of like what was happening to that poor college student who they kept waking up with all that noise.
Sleep apnea is easily diagnosed and easily treated... and treating can make a significant difference in your life.
