Is a Sprained Chest treatable?

An MRI showed that protrusion in the dip of my neck, just left of the end of my clavicle is a sprained chest. How can I alleviate and preferrably heal this? I am a dance instructor - 55 - in very good health. At times I can feel this pressing against my esophagus.
