What is going on with blood tests and why do I need a CT scan?

I have anorexia. After 3 or 4 rounds of blood tests my results have come back every time with my levels of calcium and protein too high. What causes this?
Also my doctor wants to do a CT scan of my abdomen and pelvis? What is this for?
