What I Learned The Week I Tuned In

  • Gut instincts aren’t always enough, but they shouldn’t be ignored.
  • Anyone who is able to refold a map correctly gets my upmost respect.
  • I could eat muffins everyday and never get sick of them.

  • Even on the crappiest of days, it is important to hunt around and notice the awesome stuff around you.
  • I will never understand people who “forget” to eat. Whaaaaat?
  • It doesn’t matter if you win or lose until you lose as long as you go out there and give it your best shot.
  • Grilled wraps are the easiest foods to eat on the go. They are like little pockets!

  • A little compassion for yourself/others can go a long way
  • Nothing lasts forever- everything is temporary. Feelings, situations- they all pass in time.

  2. What are you doing this weekend? Personal training session tomorrow…the rest is a blank canvas. Oh, the possibilities.
