Finally motivated myself to upload a day.

Breakfast (cereal): PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket 1 cup short-grain brown rice, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 banana, 10 strawberries, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 15 almonds Snack (banana): Photobucket 1 medium banana Lunch (salad): PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket 1/2 cup wild and brown rice, 4 cups mixed salad greens, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup cucumbers, 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil Snack (yogurt): Photobucket 100 g non-fat sugar-free yogurt Dinner (burrito): PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket Whole grain pita, 3/4 cup lima beans (not from canned), parsley, extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup mixed salad greens, cajun seasoning, one tablespoon apple cider vinegar Dessert ("cheesecake"): PhotobucketPhotobucket Unsweetened very berry applesauce, 1 tbsp low-fat cream cheese, 1 slice Dempster's Ancient Grains bread Snack (salad): Photobucket Parsley, carrots, ketchup, lima beans
