Running Recap July 8-14th
This week I did more cross training than running and more resting than usual. This coming week we get deep in to training. I’m pretty excited about it.

Since I had to work all weekend Josh did a great job of keeping the kids busy on this SUPER HOT weekend. They spent almost all weekend outside swimming and having water balloon fights.
Tomorrow I will have a super long post for you telling you all about my lovely marvelous weekend and giving you the scoop on the new eating plan. I have so much I want to tell you now but I’ll wait.
