This morning I came across a great website that might be quite useful for many of you reading this blog! I’m not all about reinventing the wheel if something helpful is already out there for mental health and eating disorder recovery, so I figured I would just link to it. Anyhow, it is the Centre for Clinical Interventions website. I clicked on the Resources tab. Following that you can click Consumer, Mental Health Practitioners, or Doctor tabs. Within this site are a whole slew of modules and information ranging from assertiveness, depression, anxiety, self esteem, disordered eating, panic attacks, perfectionism, procrastinating, social anxiety, worry, anger, etc. I clicked through the Consumer, Mental Health Practitioners, and Doctor tabs and all information is pretty easy to read and understand and might be helpful for a lot of you reading this blog. Seriously, check this out! I think this is on my list of top sites that I have recently found.
*Remember, that although these resources might be quite helpful and provide some good guidance, this blog and the Centre for Clinical Interventions site is not meant to be a substitute for professional individual help.
