Well, there are only a couple hours left in the day–better late than never! In thinking of motivation, if you are ambivalent or feeling “stuck” where you are in recovery, here are a few questions to ponder:
1. What are the pros and cons of staying in the eating disorder? What are the pros and cons of changing your behaviors?
2. What are some of the barriers that prevent you from moving forward in your recovery?
3. What beliefs, thoughts, and feelings are maintaining your eating disorder?
Think about what you can do this week to take one fearless step towards change in your recovery.
