I wasn’t sure what I was going to be able to make myself for lunch today. Our pantry and refrigerator are pretty bear. My mom brought me some Tahini the other day for me to try to make my own hummas. Since I was following paleo, no beans or hummus for me. Now… I’m in hummus heaven.
Here’s what I did.
1/4 Cup Salsa (I used hot)
1 Tbsp Tahini
1 Can Garbanzo Beans aka Chick Peas
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro, or 1 Tbsp Dried
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Garlic
Place everything in a food processor and blend together. DONE!
