Meal log to write down the time you eat, what you eat and your thoughts and feelings after each meal. Slip up log to track the dates you slip up, your eating disorder behavior slip ups (purging, bingeing, restricting, obsessive calorie counting, etc), your feelings and trigger. Both logs come with two pages, so four pages total.
