Breakfast -green tea, 2/3 cup of wild and brown rice, 2 tbsp flaxseeds, 1/2 cup veggies (from frozen), 6 lima beans (rehydrated and cooked)

 

(1.5 grain, 0.5 protein, 1 vegetable)
