Lunch - 3:30 pm

 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 cup of coleslaw, 1 cup of Dole mixed salad (Greener Selection...which is going bad already), 2 tbsp mixed seeds (chia, poppy, flax, pumpkin, hemp) , 1/3 cup brown and wild rice mix, 1/2 cup lima beans (rehydrated), 1 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp of apple cidar vinegar (raw), uhhhh....non-fat Italian Dressing and random spices (like turmeric and others that are supposed to be healthy)


 Milk Oolong Tea.  I had a bottle of water at the gym that I forgot to count.  I'm aiming for two bottles of water and four cups of tea today.
