I usually have one bowel movement a day that wasn't loose, until for the past three days I have been having the same one bowel movement but loose. The stools are yellowish. It sometimes is once or twice a day. I had a recent travel where the timings of my food was changed totally. I have no stomach ache or headache associated with the loose bowel movements. I have taken no medications for the condition. I am just having some more fluids, hoping that it would subside and that I would have a normal bowel movement. Although I am not having loose bowel movements more than twice, I am still worried. Can you please help?
