ABOUT THE GROUP LEADER Life balance expert and founder of Learn2Balance, Lori Hanson knows personally what it takes to create balance in life. Her battle with bulimia started at the young age of fourteen and continued into her forties. Her low self-esteem propelled her to become a stressed-out “Type A” corporate workaholic as she struggled to find balance and happiness for over thirty years.
Lori, an amateur body-builder established a deep understanding of diet, holistic nutrition, exercise and alternative medicine and their effect on human behavior. In 2008 Lori left the corporate world to share her story and pursue her passion of self-improvement and helping others live in the moment, find passion and purpose and create balance in their own lives. Lori has studied Julia Ross’ The Mood Cure Professional Training for amino acid supplementation and therapeutic diet program and is pursuing a certification in holistic nutrition.
She is the award-winning author of three books, a nationally known motivational speaker and has appeared regularly on international radio and TV to bring awareness to the effects of stress, addiction and over-loaded living.
