Letting go of old ways of thinking, acting and behaving can be uncomfortable, frightening and often confusing. It is like letting go of a whole identity that you have built up for many years, and peeling off all the different layers of thoughts, ideas and long standing modes of operating in the world.
This is why I have created the 30 Day Recovery Program for you, and it was my mission to get it ready for the New year, to coincide with all of the new resolutions, diet plans and other things that most people will be doing. However, this is different as it requires commitment and 30 days of real change, inspiration to keep you going, work on your part to create miraculous shifts in your life and additional 2 months of support and Q&A Sessions to keep you on track.
This is not a one off resolution or diet plan that 98% of people fall off very quickly.
This is a real commitment and dedication to your recovery, effecting permanent change and experiencing true freedom from the bondage of the eating disorder and other addictions and issues.
