Intuitive Eating – One Day as an Intuitive Eater

intuitive eatingI am writing this from San Antonio, Texas, staying with a friend and I am reminded again about the miracle of being an Intuitive Eater.
A decade ago there was NO WAY I would ever let someone cook for me or given myself the freedom to eat whatever I wanted during the day.

I probably would not even have had the courage to stay at someone else’s house because i would either have been chronically binge eating and too ashamed, on a strict diet and scared that I would fall off, or simply depressed and isolated.

That is what the eating disorder can do to us – it robs us of our spirit, living, exploring life and experiencing all that the world has to offer.

The good news is this – I believe 100% that complete recovery and freedom is possible. Without a doubt. You have to want it, you do have to work for it and you do have to reprogram the old ideas and beliefs about food, weight loss and the possibility of recovery.

It is my goal and mission to help you with each of these things so that you are all on the other side one day, living in a place of true freedom and recovery.

You see I eat exactly what I want, I allow others to took for me, I do not stick to any sort of rigid eating plan and I do not even plan out my meals in advance.
I intuitively know that I will get exactly what I need, that there is no such thing as “good” or “bad” food and this is what true intuitive eating is about and why I have the freedom in my life to live, work, travel the world without being a hostage to the eating disorder.
