I will live to see the day of my eating disorder’s demise.

Ed is such a bad actor.

There really is no other way to say it.

He is always sighing, moping around and doing his best to imitate Meryl Streep in "Steel Magnolias" .... (imagine fake cheesy motherly accent) "Oh, there is just no hope. Just LOOK at how long you've been struggling to recover! I wish I knew what else I could do to help, but...... (another loud, dramatic sigh) ....."

Oh, Ed, give it a rest already.

Your days are already numbered.

And you already know it.

Why else would you be making such a histrionic display, trying out (yet again) for the Bad Actor of the Decade Award?

And you're going to win it too.

But you're not going to get my life as your prize.

What little victories cause Ed to launch into his (he thinks) Academy Award-winning monologues?

Start to notice - right now, today - what makes Ed get louder in your head. Is it when you are fighting harder against him?

Is it when you've just scored a victory point, or even a sympathy point, against him?

Notice. Take heart. And KEEP FIGHTING.
