In the first video of the How to Stop Binge Eating Series we talked about triggers… and how certain things will trigger a binge eating episode. It is important that you identify for yourself what those triggers are, make a note of them and keep referring back to them to keep yourself accountable, on track and in check!

So now the key is to take a few moments and write out your triggers – get out a piece of paper and a pen and just start listing them, based on your own experience.
