How do you Rehabillitate a reformed anorexic?

A friend of mine decided to "fast" because of poor self image, which I identified as symptoms of Anorexia-Nervosa, and I have identified the problem with her and got her in a willing state to try and reform to a healthy eating pattern, the problem is her body is rejecting any and all food she consumes.
