I am currently recovering from 10 years of anorexia and allowing by body and mind to control what I eat.  I eat if I'm hungry or craving which leads to consumption of more food than your average person at times.  I have put on a lot a weight in a short period of time which I'm fine with.  My priority is my health.  I've read in literature that overeating initially is normal since the body has been deprived of food for extended periods of time and this eating behavior evenutually subsides and normalizes so I don't eat and crave as much.  My concern however is that I have been unable to sleep well since I've started my recovery.  I wake up hot and sweaty, have blurry vision and a persistant headache and feel tired.  Is this normal during the recovery period? Is it a result of not getting sound sleep?  Is it my hormones and body adjusting?  Should I be concerned?
