Food Plan Day 1

The weekend’s food wasn’t HORRIBLE, but it wasn’t great either. I’d say on average I had between 1000 and 1200 calories. I’m not going to weigh myself the entire week because I started my period today. Awesome.

My plan for the week is to eat between 750-800 calories. Weight loss, if any, will be slow, but I can’t keep this cycle going of restricting/bingeing.

It’s super hard eating healthy when you have no food. (No food? Isn’t that a GOOD thing?) Anyway — we paid this monster bill and it essentially depleted the money in our account. We are literally scraping by with change and I will have to use the last of what’s left on my credit card to get gas for the week. So that means no groceries or anything until I get paid again, which won’t be until next week. All we have left is can goods and frozen crap. We’ll see how this goes.
