These were amazing. Have the gooey texture of “regular” brownies and just enough sweetness.
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 6oz Package Dried Pitted Dated
1 4 oz Package Dried Cranberries
5 Packets of Stevia
1 Can White Beans (Pureed)
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until everything is smooth and mixed together. Every couple of minutes scrape down the sides of the processor. Sprinkle with some walnuts if you want. It added a good crunch. I poured mine into an 8 inch round pan and baked at 350 for 45 minutes. These were filling, sweet, and healthy.
