I have to admit that ever since I started this new eating disorder help site I have been feeling slightly overwhelmed.
There is so much wonderful research and writing online about eating disorder related topics, that it can be hard to read, comment and respond to everything. I love interacting with fellow bloggers and responding to my emails, but have found myself a little bit off balance lately.
I noticed that I was ignoring my other responsibilities and could not have a relaxing Sunday with my boyfriend because I was mentally clogged up and obsessed with reading more articles, writing new posts and responding to emails. After years of battling with eating disorders, I know that that kind of behavior leads to overwhelm, frustration and loss of freedom.
So I have decided to set some boundaries around the time that I spend on this site as well as other sites that I like to read, comment and interact with. I have set my limit to 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday. This may change in future depending on how my schedule is. In the meantime I would love to share with you some of the wonderful sites out there that I have recently come across that may be helpful to your recovery:

In the meantime, I am going to work out and get a sauna in at my local gym, eat something I really love – probably a toasted ham, cheese and tomato sandwich with some fresh fruit, and then playing with my new puppy!
