Now these are not your traditional burn fat, lose weight drop 6 dress sized B.S that we know never works.

This is how you can start to feel awesome about yourself, boost your mood, move your body and get some awesome b=vibes from rocking it out to music.

All you need is some good music, a bit of space and your body!

This is my FAVORITE way to exercise and I feel like a million dollars after I do this.

Now this is the way to do exercise when you are recovering from an eating disorder!

Suspend your fear and judgment of yourself for just a few minutes. Let the music move you. Let go completely. Let all the FEAR fall away. Allow the music to transform you, change your perception and elevate you.

Just let go. This eating disorder is all about control, now let’s try something else. let go and allow your body to be a primal expression of your feelings and to crush that fear and shit talk in your head from the eating disorder.
