can acai juice be used for a diabetic type 2 with gastroparesis? I'm on liquids only now

I just got diagnosed with gastroparesis, have had diabetes for 7 yrs. Can't eat many things, esp. dairy, meat, and fats. Saw this juice at market, looks good, but don't need to lose more weight. I need nutrients and vitamins.
