I don’t even know where to begin with this post, but I promise it will be brief.
It’s been over 2 weeks since I injured my right ankle . During those two weeks, my wrists and left ankle have become increasingly painful- I kept using the crutches because I didn’t have another option if I needed to go anywhere/do anything.
I had a session with my personal trainer yesterday which went well, but by the time I got home, I was in agony. I waited until this morning before heading to the emergency room. I need an MRI scan to rule out a stress fracture in my ankle, but the doctor was pretty certain that it’s the same tendon degeneration that I have in my right ankle and I have stress fractures in both of my wrists.

Basically, although typing is possible (obviously ) it’s painful/awkward so I am taking a break from blogging. I’ll still be reading (and no doubt dropping in to post/comment when I can), but wanted to explain my absence.
The next few weeks are going to be challenging, to say the least. I am worried about little things like washing my hair and going to the store to buy milk , but I would be lying if I said that not being able to exercise wasn’t one of my biggest concerns. I really need to rethink my priorities.
