Freakin YUM!!! And yes, I will be trying all of it. Seriously people, one or two days a month is okay. Can you tell I’m feeling a tad guilty?

I’m back with it. My morning workout: Insanity DVD. That video kicks my butt. Today was day 1. I did the Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Think I can stick to it for the next 60? (Since you know I stick to everything I say.) I guess you’ll find out.
It’s so cold outside and my running has dwindled down to one or two runs a week. I’ll pick it back up when it gets warmer and am still running the half in April and a Full in October. I’m officially tired of winter. The kids are going crazy inside, as am I. The dreary sky, the blistering cold, and the getting dark at 5pm are getting old. I need more Vitamin D in my life.
My positive notebook is really helping me though. I’m still writing how everything I’m thankful for and everything I’m working towards, visualizing it, and staying positive. Try it, it really works.
