This week on Q&A Tuesday I will be discussing a topic that
many of you have emailed me that you struggled with.

The topic is Binge Eating Disorder and in this video
I share the 3 main things that helped me to recover
from Binge Eating Disorder.

Binge eating is one of the most common of all eating
disorders, and yet the one that is least talked about
and truly recognized as an eating disorder.

This is mainly due to the shame associated with it and the
stigma attached to being an overeater.

But the fact remains that this is a disease – it IS an eating
disorder and there is nothing to be ashamed of.

More importantly, you CAN get help and recover
completely.

I suffered with this disorder for a decade, and if I
