Today I want you to take some time to think about your own self love and take some actions to amp
Learning to really love and nurture yourself is essential
in this journey, especially as we are digging into some
deep issues, negative beliefs that have been lurking
around in the recesses of our minds and decluttering
old ways that may bring pain, sorrow and grief.
The more that you can learn to love and nurture yourself
through this process, the easier it will be to keep
moving through this journey with motivation, self care
practices and a sense of peace.
Here is the simple Self Love Task for today:
1. Write down in your journal: “I love myself because…”
(and then write down all of the reasons why you love
yourself… don’t hold back!)
2. Then write: “I am not loving myself when…”
(and then write down all the ways in which you dishonor,
disrespect, or don’t show love to yourself in your thoughts,
beliefs, actions, or relationships).
3. Then lastly, write down “I love myself when…”
(and then write down all of the ways in which you can love
