i have addicted of cough-syrup manufactured by pfizer product inc.usa containing codeine phosphate and chlorpheniramine maleate.

i wanted to know the complete diseffects of this chemical and need your help to get rid out from this addiction.i hope that you can understand my situation,please guide me how to handle this problem.
