Any idea of home remedy to ease withdrawl from Opioids? Flu symptoms are bad aching body is the worst. Any help?

Currently, been on opioids for over 2 years chronic cervical and lumbar pain due to compression fractures. I will be out of my medication for the first time on Friday and I am really afraid of the symptoms I heard so much about.
