i am a recovering anorexic and i am having a very tough time with feeling and looking bloated.  i own and operate a fitness studio.  at times, i feel like cancelling my clients so that i can be alone while feeling bloated.  i have done a ton of research, am working with a nutritionist and dietitian, but still am not understanding the belly bloat.  is it from protein deficiency, or is it something that will stay the same?  please let me know.  i don't mind putting on some pounds, but do mind feeling and looking like the only place that is changing is my stomach.  thank you for your time and energy!
