In the few days - out of the blue - I have terrible knee pain when I kneel down.  It feels like a nerve on the top/side of my knee cap.  Any ideas?

    I had a dream the other night. Nothing spectacular except for one part. I saw a man walking fast from one room to the next. He walked in like a fast robotic fashion. It was like he didn't want me to see him. That is the feeling I got.  In the dream, at that moment I remember saying," I think that was a spirit or ghost." When I awoke it just bothered me. Maybe it could be nothing . Can you give me your advice?
