I'm 44 years old, have a wonderful boyfriend and 2 great kids ages 24 and 19.  I've had arthritis in my hands since i was in high school and have now been diagnosed with it in my pelvis.  Needless to say lots of pain and stiffness.  I'm looking forward to learning all i can here.
