Dr I really need to loose weight i'm mentally ready and I must but I just can't do it unless there is structure i have to have guied lines i have to have a sheet of paper in front of me that say ok this is what you eat for breakfast,lunch,dinner her are my stats please help,age:44 weight:279.5 height:5'6 BMI:45 Fat percentage:46.9 water percentage:41.5% total water mass:116.0LBS Total predicted muscle mass:32.5 Resting Metabolism:1968 b/p 146/99 ... Now with that can you help me with a good diet to get this weight off I can send before pictures whatever I need to do but I need some help here and fast.
