Dr. Rogers is a native of Southern California. He graduated with honors from Harvard University in 1985, and then attended dental school at UCLA. Dr. Rogers completed a General Practice Residency at the Sepulveda Veteran's Hospital in 1991. His residency training included plastic surgery, oral surgery, and emergency medicine.
