Dear Doctor,

A motor accident 6 months ago lead to sub-arachnoid hemorrhage which caused 6th nerve palsy in my left eye. I've waited for spontaneous recovery which generally happens in 6 months time. But no improvement so far. Do you have any treatment methods for such problem which requires damaged nerve regeneration? Please advice me doctor.
