"Too much fructose"

How much is too much fructose? My child who is on a low carb diet for the treatement of seizures, has very loose watery stools and stomach pain with only small amounts of fructose ... such as a 1/3 or so of an apple ... or a small plum.

 

blod test prostat is ok problem is slow urination no pain other than it is slow
