Hi, great job on the recovery from the ED. You might have a meeting or two with a dietitian at this point to make sure you are getting the variety of nutrition you need. There's a connection between having enough fat in your diet and getting your period back.  It's also possible it's hormonal so I'd check in with a doctor. You definitely want to get your period back- the hormones involved in our menstrual cycle also are involved in bone development.

 My eating disorder is gone, and i'm 100% now. Picked up my normal body weight again, but i haven't had my period for 2 years now. Can you please help and give me some advice?
