Do you think that someone who had hypoglycemia dimencia could murder someone if they had not eaten or slept for 4 and 1/2 days?  This murder was not typical for this person as he was a nice guy who had never been in trouble before and really does not to this day understand why he shot two people.

Dr. Gabe,

I read that new researches are finding HPV in most colon cancers. I have not been able to find how does HPV infects the colon. If the HPV is transmitted by contact, is the colonoscopy in patients with anal HPV infection something to worry about?

Thank you!

Dr. Gabe:  would your calories burned per mile by fast walking number (i.e., 128) be the same if you are pushing a stroller with a 20-lb toddler inside?  I'm trying to figure out approximately how many calories I burn in a 60 minute outdoor stroller class, with approximately 40 minutes of that being fast-paced walking while pushing my stroller/child (the rest is interval strength training with bands or doing stationary exercises like lunges).  Thanks!
