My health steps...  get more sleep and keep more regular sleeping hours!  I'm a serious night person, so sometimes it's hard to make myself sleep when I'm excited about writing something. 

Yet sleep is so important for general health, the immune system, and weight control.  We're learning more about its importance all the time.
