Dr. Douglas Farrago,You will say I have a silly question, but yes.I will be finishing Medical Billing and Coding in february,and do my externship on March-April, one of my classmates has mention to me that the form the Dr.give to codify ICD9 is totally confused, she said nothing compare the way we learn, I need you to tell me What form is that, tell me the #form and how you right down the diagnosis so then we can codify them.Could you please send me a form like that .Ana.

after 6 months my knee is still swollan and hurts and cannt bend it all the way. one doc said its fine had a mri done dont know how to read it see lots off white images on it what is this
