We endearingly give our kids nicknames. Aiden is no exception; he has a few nicknames.
Before Aiden was born, he was given the name Aiden Wyatt. Aiden because I wanted an Irish/Scottish name. Wyatt, because Wyatt Earp is one of my most admired people. My best friend, Jason, decided that he was going to call Aiden "Earp".
Aiden is also called "A.A." When Aiden first started crying (at about 2.5 months), his cries sounded like he was saying "A - A - A - A." My mom still calls him "A.A"
Another nickname Aiden has is "Little A." Aiden wasn't big enough to be a Big A. My niece, Stephie, calls him "Little A."
Aiden is also called "Mr. A" after Mr. T. Aiden had a mohawk when he was born and that mohawk remained on Mr. A's head until he was well over a year old.
Aiden's most commonly used nickname is "Little Boy." And he answers to this, he hears it a lot. "Little Boy, don't climb inside the bookcase." "Little Boy, that is not a toy for you." "It is time for Little Boys to go to sleep." "Little Boy, what are you doing?"
