Here is Kennedy after she fell asleep last night. She actually slept pretty well. She got tangled in the wires several times which made the tech lady come in and untangle her and of course woke me up. She finally came in at 4:30 and unhooked her. Kennedy helped with that, then we went back to sleep until 7:00 when they kicked us out. haha She now has lovely red rashes from all the tape. It got a little better after her bath but her skin has some healing to do. We have an appointment to get results in a couple weeks.
So Kennedy's hearing test yesterday showed mild hearing loss in both ears. They are not quite sure why yet... could be from fluid (which means she needs new tubes) or it could be from chemo which could mean she may need hearing aides in the future. We will know more once we get her into the ENT. Most likely they will suggest putting tubes in and at the same time doing a sedated ABR. It's the most definitive hearing test and will really tell us where we stand.
Anyway, I guess that's it for now! I will update on both of these things as I hear more.
