That's enough doom and gloom. It was 73 and sunny here today! Boy is THAT a difference from the negative 5 degree temps we left on Friday!
We have a LOT to think about. Have looked at somewhere around 60 homes.
I don't even know what to sat other than, oy!
We're pooped and Georgia has been great during the day--although she DID just have a bit of an overtired meltdown. She's a real trooper nonetheless. More patient than I've ever been for my folks, I'm sure.
Hope our hotel neighbors don't hate us too much for that little 45 minute crying scenario.
Other than that, I don't even know where or how to begin.
It's a different landscape down here, that is for sure. And I feel like we are entering it on some kind of blind faith.
Our realtor is great, as is Gerald Pontificus Snortenheimer (aka Gerry, aka our GPS), but still. It's a different world from where we come from.
I think it's going to take a lot more of this faith of the blind variety and some time to get used to it, to figure out where or even how I can belong.
