Liam is four years old with downsyndrome. Apart from seasonal allergies. Tubes in his earn and surgery done by ENT he should be healthy. He gets seasonal allergies and breathes through his mouth. He has so much trouble sleeping and with chest congestion. Also his little noses are stuffed up and I can see hardened mucus in them. He wont let me take it out because it hurts and sometimes bleeds or gets sore. Please help me.
