can an increase of seroquel cause an increase in behaviors or mood swings for a 40 something woman with downs syndrome?

I work with a woman who has downs syndrome and had some behavior issues before but since they increased her seroquel, it almost seems as though these angry outbursts and mood swings have gotten worse. Could the increase of seroquel be causing these changes in her.  All staff it is at there wits end.
