After the detox, I carried on with a gallstone flush which led to some 'amazing' outcomes. Since then, my pursuit in the area of natural and alternative health grew. I also became an ardent fan of 'expensive' produce - organic food! Sometimes, I wish that I can be a little more 'disciplined' when it comes to healthy eating, but I'm still struggling to love chocolates lesser!
