I have had swollen forearms, especially my right arm for months now and the sensation that my hands and feet are also swollen like in your last months of pregnancy.   Also have muscle pain and body aches that can be tender to the touch. I also had racing heart and have high blood pressure.  I am 39, 5ft. and 155lbs.    I have seen a cardiologist, however, he has stated swelling is not related .

It's almost time for those dreaded New Year's resolutions.

Soon enough there will be a new crop of celebrity diet books urging us to eat like "skinny french women from south beach" or "low-carb vegetarians"

I would like to suggest that with all of the great health & fitness bloggers here at Wellsphere, we have an opportunity to work together to promote our own little individual corner of the blogosphere.

I am going to contact all of my friends here at Wellsphere with this suggestion and see what happens.

Currently I receive between 500 and 1200 hits per day at my blog - Health Habits

I think that quite a few of my readers would be interested in your point of view.
