I am a relatively fit woman in my 50's. I am determined to stay fit and healthy for many years by using common sense about eating and exercise, recreation and work. The most difficult part is finding the time to do everything because I have many interests, including some, like reading and sewing, which are sedentary. The sport I love the most is Cross country skiing. During the warm months, I run, hike and do yoga. My goal this year is to improve my fitness to prepare for next year's TNT Bay... Full Bio
